Who we are

RUR Consulting Pte. Ltd. (“RUR”, “we”) is a Singapore-incorporated company providing AI advisory, governance, and compliance services for Czech and Central European enterprises. For EU/EEA visitors and clients, RUR acts as a data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for personal data collected through this website and the sales process.

What we collect

• Contact data you send us by email (name, work email, company, the content of your message).
• Engagement data created during a client engagement (scope documents, NDAs, technical findings).
• Server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, timestamp), retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or cookies that require consent. Web fonts are loaded from a privacy-respecting EU provider (bunny.net) that does not log IPs for tracking purposes.

Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver services you have requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract / pre-contract).
• To comply with Singapore and EU legal obligations including tax, anti-money-laundering, and (where applicable) the EU AI Act and DORA (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To operate and secure our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

Sharing and international transfers

We share personal data only with: (i) our hosting and email providers acting as processors under written agreement (website hosting: WEDOS Internet, a.s., Czechia — data remains within the EU); (ii) delivery partners engaged for a specific client engagement, under NDA; and (iii) authorities where legally required. Some operational data (e.g. enquiry emails) may be transferred to Singapore where RUR Consulting Pte. Ltd. is established. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry emails: up to 24 months. Engagement records: up to 7 years (statutory retention). Server logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact patrik@rur.com.sg. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: ÚOOÚ).
